3. Pricing and Payment

Premium features are available through a one-time payment:

• India: ₹49 (One-time payment)
• Other Regions: $9 USD (One-time payment)
• Includes lifetime access to all premium features
• License can be transferred to one device at a time

4. License Grant

Upon purchasing premium, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license includes:

• Unlimited downloads
• Bulk download features
• Auto-organization capabilities
• Device transfer option (once per device)

5. Restrictions and Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension
• Share, resell, or redistribute your license key
• Use the Extension for commercial purposes without permission
• Circumvent any access or use restrictions
• Download copyrighted content without proper authorization
• Use the Extension to violate Pinterest's Terms of Service
• Use automated systems to generate fraudulent licenses

6. Intellectual Property

The Extension and all associated content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring downloaded content complies with copyright laws
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your license key
• Providing accurate information during purchase
• Using the Extension in accordance with applicable laws

8. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our product, immediate license activation, and transaction costs:

• No refunds are provided once payment is completed and license is issued
• Each transaction incurs payment gateway fees (5% + 28% GST) which are non-recoverable
• The premium version is priced affordably at ₹49 to provide maximum value
• We encourage users to try the free version before purchasing premium
• Technical support is provided to resolve any activation or usage issues

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

9. Device Transfer

Premium licenses are limited to one active device at a time. You may transfer your license to a new device using our device transfer feature, which requires email verification.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the Extension.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

12. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Extension.

The Extension interacts with Pinterest and uses Razorpay for payments. We are not responsible for changes to third-party services that may affect functionality.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
